The apartment in the newly built part of the building has been bookable since July 2022! The furnishings in the approx. 50 m² apartment "BachLauf" are of high quality. In the king-size box spring bed you will sleep incredibly restfully. After getting up, treat yourself to a cup of fair trade coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite meals as you please and then enjoy them on the balcony or at the dining table. In the evening, the pull-out sofa and the 55-inch QLED TV invite you to linger.

The cost for one guest is EUR 65.00 per night.
Two guests pay a total of 75.00 euros per night.
Children up to their 6th birthday can spend the night in the "BachLauf" free of charge.
Please specify when booking if the second guest is a child under the age of six.
In addition, there is a cleaning fee of 20.00 euros per stay.
We grant a 10% discount for stays of seven nights or more.
From 28 nights there is even a 20% discount.
With a sleeping area of 191 cm x 138 cm, the pull-out sofa in the living area is only suitable for sleeping to a limited extent and is therefore not officially designated as a place to sleep. The path of a night-time toilet visit from the bedroom to the bathroom leads through the living area, so that guests sleeping on the sofa could possibly wake up. If you don't mind this circumstance, the three of you are welcome to move into the holiday apartment. There are no additional charges for the third guest.
We have a travel cot available for children. If required and if it is free, you can book it for free.
Herbrazhofen is a small idyllic village with about 40 houses. The friendly togetherness of the village community is literally lived here. The narrow Brunnentobelbach stream runs between the apartment and the road. At a normal water depth (approx. 20 cm) it is ideal for a cool footbath. Small fish and crayfish can be seen regularly.
The beautiful landscape right outside the front door offers a variety of hiking and biking trails through the region. Opposite the accommodation is a paddock for ponies, horses and foals. On the footpath in the direction of Schloss Zeil (1.4 km away), you will pass the fenced-in deer enclosure of the Prince of Waldburg zu Zeil and Trauchburg. Other sights include the Wachbühl mountain with its impressive mountain panorama (2.8 km away), the Gospoldshofen cheese dairy museum (5.4 km away) and the Gallus chapel near Tautenhofen (7.7 km away). The many attractions in the Center Parcs Park Allgäu, which is just under 13 km away from your accommodation, ensure that the children have a lot of fun. Very close to the Center Parcs is the pleasure manufactory, which opened in 2019 in the former brewery in Urlau. Here, guests of the region have a number of opportunities to buy typical Allgäu souvenirs and to marvel at the work of the 18 artisans. A variety of shops and typical Allgäu inns can be found in cozy Leutkirch (5.5 km away) or after a short drive via the A 96 in Memmingen (23 km away) and Wangen im Allgäu (24 km away). Thanks to the excellent motorway connection, you can be in Lindau on beautiful Lake Constance in about 30 minutes.
The connection to public transport is manageable. In order to go shopping, we are dependent on private vehicles here.
The electric cars of our guests can be charged at a wall box in the building. There are enough parking spaces on the site.
The landscape offers a variety of opportunities for bike tours directly from the holiday home. You are welcome to park your bicycles and pedelecs with us free of charge.
